1. Two sentences answering each question.
2. Eight pages total.
3. On the last two pages you need to write the question, answer, and draw a simple picture.
4. Each page is folded onto itself on the fold line.
5. All pages stapled into the red construction paper cover provided by Miss Hallman.
6. Color and glue cover page to the front cover.
7. Optional embellishment.
